Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Projects

  • Remediation of damage to commercial buildings
  • CERP (Canterbury Earthquake Remediation Project): One of 7 consultancies engaged by the Ministry of Education to assess and manage the repair of 200 Canterbury schools.

Ministry of Education

Removal of numerous school buildings and swimming pools as part of the Ministry’s programme for disposing of surplus and redundant assets on closed school sites following the Canterbury earthquakes and the Government’s commitment to rebuilding greater Christchurch and its education network

  • Rangiora High School: Design, tendering and negotiation with Ministry of Education for funding of structural strengthening, fire protection works and refurbishment of three two-storey classroom blocks ($2m)
